Disciplinary and functional leadership of a >10-person HR Operations team, including prioritization, capacity planning, and performance management
Ensuring stable, timely, and high-quality execution of all operational HR processes for our stores in Germany
Overall functional responsibility for managing payroll in close collaboration with the external payroll provider, including escalation management, clarification of complex issues, and ensuring data quality
Responsibility for the legally compliant preparation and administration of all HR documents throughout the employee life cycle
Operational implementation and sustainable embedding of HR Operations transformation projects within the team (e.g., process standardization, digitalization, harmonization)
Close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Area Managers, and retail leaders – including in challenging operational situations
Professional handling of works council matters in the retail context
Active identification of process gaps and consistent implementation of improvement measures
Creation and use of HR KPIs for operational management

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
Several years of experience in an HR Operations environment with clear payroll responsibility
Proven leadership experience, ideally with responsibility for teams of more than 8–10 employees
Solid experience in managing an external payroll provider
Several years of retail experience with a strong understanding of store structures and operational dynamics
Experience working with works councils in a retail environment
Very good knowledge of labor law
Strong execution skills, decision-making ability, and resilience
Structured, pragmatic way of working with clear prioritization skills
Confident presence in complex stakeholder environments
