The Store Format & Design Team leads the global Douglas format strategy, orchestrating the transformation of Douglas stores across Europe with unparalleled experience. 

We are looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) to drive the evolution of our store strategy. In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure consistent execution of our store strategy across markets.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ongoing development of the Douglas store strategy, ensuring a seamless integration into the overall Douglas corporate strategy
  • Cross-department alignment: Cooperate with various internal stakeholders (IT, Marketing, Omnichannel, Store Design etc.) to ensure that all initiatives are aligned within Douglas Store strategy and represented in stores
  • Supplier Management: Lead and coordinate external stakeholders (e.g. agencies, shop fitters), to ensure cohesive execution and maximize brand impact
  • Standardization and Consistency: Drive the harmonization and standardization of the Douglas store formats across all markets to ensure a consistent customer experience. Regular alignment with international teams
  • Trend Research: Market - and Trend research to identify potential (pilot)projects
  • Project Management: Lead of store-related projects from planning to execution (e.g. rollout of furniture) including Capex estimation
  • Presentation: Regular presentation of projects to senior management including approval preparation

YOUR SKILLS

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Preferably with experience in retail or in managing store-related projects
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of the global retail market and current retail trends.
  • Presentations are your strong suit: You communicate confidently and convincingly – both in German and English.
  • Your analytical mindset, strong project management skills, and ability to handle complex processes make you a valuable asset to our team.
