At Douglas, our customers and their unique beauty experiences are at the heart of everything we do. As our new Senior Manager Retail Beauty Services (f/m/d), you will help shape the beauty experience of tomorrow, setting standards that define our brand and delight our customers.

  • Define and shape Douglas’s overarching Beauty Services strategy, including product portfolio, guidelines, and prerequisites to ensure service excellence.
  • Coordinate the involvement of our partner brands in pioneering beauty services, from makeup masterclasses to professional face treatments.
  • Launch an innovative booking tool for beauty services that integrates with our CRM and embodies our omnichannel vision.
  • Foster the exchange and innovation within the international Douglas and Nocibé Beauty Services community, with a focus on performance excellence and customer-centric innovation.
  • Assist our retail teams in implementing high standards for beauty services, fostering knowledge sharing and best-practice approaches across international markets.
  • Oversee KPI management and financial planning for Beauty Services, contributing your expertise to design, format, and profitability decisions.
  • Drive and evaluate innovative pilot projects in Beauty Services, taking ownership from concept to market readiness.
  • Be the driving force behind new developments in Beauty Services, acting as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS

  • At least 5 years of experience in the retail or beauty services sector
  • Strong attention to detail and structured approach to managing complex projects
  • Fluent English skills and a readiness to collaborate internationally
  • Willingness to travel and support our teams on-site to achieve optimal result
