TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • Manage the portfolio of Group Exclusive Brands in alignment with the Group Assortment strategy to achieve defined KPIs per category/supplier.
  • Collaborate with the Group Assortment team to prepare business cases and provide input on guidelines for metrage matrix, planogramming, and merchandising for B&M and E-comm channels.
  • Support and lead negotiations of terms and conditions, including COOP marketing, in close coordination with Group Marketing and A&P clusters.
  • Implement new Group Exclusive brands based on defined launch processes in collaboration with the Group Assortment team.
  • Support and monitor the launch implementation with A&P country cluster teams.
  • Work closely with A&P country teams to drive the implementation of the exclusive brand strategy across countries.
  • Collaborate with the Group Marketing team to define and oversee the global omnichannel activation plan, ensuring effective implementation in cluster countries.
  • Facilitate the coordination of Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementation for all Group Exclusive brand suppliers.
  • Review and monitor performance metrics with suppliers and cluster A&P teams, interpreting insights and sales data to drive improvements.

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in economics, ideally with a focus on retail.
  • Several years of professional experience in brand/category management within an international company (consumer goods or retail industry).
  • Experience in marketing, brand building, and brand activation, with a focus on sales promotion strategies
  • Strategic marketing experience at HQ level, including the development and implementation of brand strategies
  • Strong skills in A&P, negotiation, and brand management.
  • Proven management and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
