• Serve as a trusted advisor on IT financial strategies, investment decisions, and cost optimization for senior leadership
• Develop and manage the financial governance framework for IT budgets (OPEX, CAPEX, cloud costs, etc.), ensuring maximum transparency and efficiency
• Define and analyze key financial KPIs (e.g., IT OPEX, CAPEX efficiency, TCO of IT platforms) to drive accountability and performance improvements
• Design innovative financial steering models to optimize IT expenditures across cloud services, software licensing, external vendors, and strategic IT investments
• Act as the primary point of contact for Group Finance, Group Controlling, and external auditors regarding IT financial governance
• Enable senior management to make data-driven financial decisions by leveraging advanced analytics and business intelligence tools
• Drive automation in financial processes and integrate BI-driven reporting solutions to enhance efficiency and transparency

• Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field with a focus on controlling and finance
• Several years of experience in IT controlling with a strong understanding of complex IT budget management
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling for IT cost structures
• Proficiency in BI and multidimensional reporting tools, with the ability to create insightful dashboards for decision-making
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in automating reporting processes
• Fluent in German and English
