TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • Analyze training needs and develop tailored curricula, such as for our beauty experts, with a focus on live training and extending the Douglas International Academy.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to deepen product and retail knowledge and understand customer needs.
  • Plan and conduct training sessions for apprentices – both online and on-site at our training centers in Berlin/Dresden – and act as the first point of contact for area and store managers.
  • Create local e-learnings aligned with existing tools and inspiring training methods, in close collaboration with the Douglas International Academy.
  • Organize and lead training sessions for Sales Ambassadors, providing continuous support.
  • Coordinate and manage trainings – live or online – based on the marketing calendar, retail focus, and budget guidelines.
  • Evaluate the quality of trainings, conduct quality checks, and derive optimization measures.
  • Promote knowledge exchange within the team through workshops and community events.

YOUR SKILLS

  • A degree in marketing, psychology, or a comparable field.
  • Over three years of experience in sales or training development – ideally with a relevant certification.
  • Solid knowledge of managing learning management systems and using authoring tools.
  • Excellent moderation and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in German; English is a plus.
  • Based in Berlin and willing to travel.
  • Experience in developing sales-oriented trainings and a basic understanding of retail skills, onboarding, and sales processes.
  • Preferably, experience in the beauty and lifestyle industry.
