The Pricing team at DOUGLAS plays a key role in developing and optimizing our pricing strategy. We leverage data-driven methods and innovative technologies to ensure competitive price structures and strengthen our market position. As a Product Owner in the Pricing team, you will be the central figure driving the development and implementation of our pricing strategies.

• Develop and implement pricing optimization strategies using Periscope and complex pricing infrastructures
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog in close collaboration with internal teams and key stakeholders
• Analyze and continuously improve pricing processes to enhance efficiency and maximize margins
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team, conducting regular feedback and development discussions
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets while proactively managing stakeholders
• Define and communicate a long-term product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
• Identify user challenges and market opportunities based on stakeholder feedback, data analysis, and market research
• Apply agile and lean methodologies to validate new ideas and continuously refine the product strategy
• Monitor key metrics and KPIs to derive actionable measures and advance our pricing approach

• More than 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• Strong expertise in Periscope and complex pricing infrastructures
• Proficiency in working with SQL databases and the market data provider minderrest
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data-driven decision-making
• Leadership experience managing teams of at least five people, with a proven track record of developing team members
• Strong analytical mindset and high technical affinity
• High level of motivation, innovative thinking, and a solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills and a confident presence, particularly in presenting ideas
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility
