- Lead and inspire the international Retail Media sales team to meet ambitious revenue targets by setting a strong example through impactful presentations, complex contract negotiations, and establishing high-value partnerships.
- Drive the strategic development and expansion of data-driven marketing products such as DMPs, CDPs, and DSP integrations, ensuring their successful market adoption.
- Build and nurture a high-performing sales team through coaching, development plans, and regular feedback, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous growth.
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies, empowering the team to effectively address client needs and remain competitive.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Client Services and Campaign Management to ensure the successful implementation of client campaigns.
- Establish thought leadership through office visits, trade shows, and virtual events, positioning the team as recognized experts in the field.
- Ensure the effective use of Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, progress tracking, and accurate sales reporting.
