  • Lead and inspire the international Retail Media sales team to meet ambitious revenue targets by setting a strong example through impactful presentations, complex contract negotiations, and establishing high-value partnerships.
  • Drive the strategic development and expansion of data-driven marketing products such as DMPs, CDPs, and DSP integrations, ensuring their successful market adoption.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing sales team through coaching, development plans, and regular feedback, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous growth.
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies, empowering the team to effectively address client needs and remain competitive.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Client Services and Campaign Management to ensure the successful implementation of client campaigns.
  • Establish thought leadership through office visits, trade shows, and virtual events, positioning the team as recognized experts in the field.
  • Ensure the effective use of Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, progress tracking, and accurate sales reporting.

YOUR SKILLS

  • At least 6 years of sales experience with 4+ years in retail media or digital advertising, ideally on the publisher side, with a proven track record.
  • Strong understanding of first-party data integration and orchestration across various client platforms.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and analytical thinking to translate complex market needs into focused sales strategies.
  • Experience in coordinating and leading international teams is highly desirable.
