• Lead the integration of ESG and financial data into our existing reporting and controlling landscape, including harmonizing these data domains.
• Take (partial) project responsibility for CSRD and EU taxonomy initiatives, acting as a key member of the core project team.
• Support the preparation of the CSRD report and develop expertise in selected ESRS standards to serve as a knowledgeable sparring partner for departments and international entities.
• Engage with auditors to discuss fundamental ESG reporting issues, contributing to the improvement of report quality.
• Manage the ESG data reporting process during year-end closing, analyze the data, and create impactful reports and presentations.
• Develop actionable recommendations on ESG reporting topics and translate them into sound decision proposals for top management.

• Successfully completed degree with a focus on controlling, finance, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, consulting, or an auditing firm.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, supplemented by expertise in BI tools and multidimensional reporting systems.
• Organizational strength and adaptability to navigate a dynamic environment independently and solution-oriented.
• Proactive mindset to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
