TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • Ensuring data quality and selecting appropriate statistical methods to generate insights from our CRM database and identify relevant correlations, such as identifying opportunities and risks, creating forecasting models, and deriving data-driven recommendations.
  • Taking responsibility for requirements gathering, conceptualization, implementation, and communication of analyses and their results – to address various customer-related inquiries based on CRM data from the DACH region (Customer-Centric Retail).
  • Developing user-friendly monitoring dashboards for control, including CRM KPI dashboards, as well as campaign performance reports.
  • Handling complex ad-hoc requests, visualizing results, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Supporting operational campaigning with data, analyses, and insights.
  • Developing dashboards based on Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Power BI.
  • Close coordination with internal departments (e.g., Global Analytics, Controlling, Purchasing).

YOUR SKILLSET

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills to identify connections from comprehensive and complex datasets and present them effectively to various stakeholders.
  • 10 years of professional experience in data preparation, analysis, and presentation – particularly with extensive experience in CRM/loyalty programs, ideally within FMCG or beauty industries.
  • Experience in employing statistical methods such as conducting and evaluating A/B tests.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel as well as the use of statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Advanced knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Power BI).
  • Strong operational focus, a pragmatic hands-on mentality, and a pronounced ability to work in teams.
  • Communication skills and persistence to successfully implement challenging topics.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
