We are the Connection & Enablement Hub of DOUGLAS Group Technology and are looking for you to support and complement our team. Our team consists of twelve Agile Coaches and together we are responsible for the agile transformation and further development of our organisational unit as well as the support of our delivery teams.
You can expect an experienced team that supports each other in their growth, gives open and appreciative feedback and meets regularly to further improve our collaboration.
This open role takes care of two of our many delivery teams and supports them in their further development.
TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Agile process management: Shape the agile processes and working methods, support your two teams, the product owner and the business with retrospectives, workshops and other methods and tools. Remove obstacles that stand in the way of smooth collaboration. Enable your team to work in a data-driven way by establishing relevant metrics.
- Team Success Driver: Lead and strengthen your two teams by fostering effective communication and appreciation and celebrating success. The results of your work will be reflected in the success of the team.
- Team Health Advocate: Create a positive and healthy working environment in which teams can develop optimally.
- Collaborative Leadership: Encourage collaboration within your and between the teams so that your colleagues can realise their full potential.
- Ambassador for continuous improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, support modern leadership principles and work with management and us to create a positive work culture.
- Innovative role model: Act as a role model for cultural development in an international environment. Bring in new ideas and innovations so that we are constantly evolving.
- Part of the Hub: Be part of the Connection & Enablement Hub and work together on improvements, support your colleagues, share your knowledge and benefit from our collective expertise and experience.
YOUR SKILLS
- Agile mindset: You are passionate about agile values and principles and are self-reflective with a consistent ‘inspect & adapt’ mindset. You want to learn and develop yourself further.
- Experience: 2+ years of practical experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master or in comparable roles.
- Master of agile methods: You have expertise in applying agile methods and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and adapting them to the specific needs of the team and company.
- Communication expert: You impress with your appreciative and effective communication as well as your strong moderation skills for effective collaboration and clear communication of complex issues.
- Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking: You act proactively, recognise new opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
- Solution-orientated: You impress with a solution-orientated mindset and are constantly looking for new and creative approaches.
- Effective networker: You have strong interpersonal skills and can build positive and productive working relationships.
- Collaborative team player: Work in a team and find a good balance between assertiveness and willingness to compromise.
- Tool knowledge: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro or similar tools are part of your everyday life and you are interested in trying out and introducing new tools.
- Language skills: Fluency in English. German language skills are an advantage.
