Jennifer – with 14 years at DOUGLAS – and Carolin – part of the team since 2022 – are a “Perfect Match” in the DIGITAL RETAIL SOLUTIONS department.
As project leads, they manage various international retail projects – from planning and budgeting through pilot phases and testing to the final rollout – in constant collaboration with other central and decentralized DOUGLAS colleagues.
What they particularly enjoy about their job? “The new projects and challenges. And working in a diverse team with totally different personalities.” Especially important for Jennifer, a mother of a six-year-old daughter, is the work-life balance. “After my parental leave, I could seamlessly return to the job. And DOUGLAS provides me with the necessary flexibility and support to be a driving force in innovation while still having enough time for my family life.”
