- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overarching Douglas Beauty Services strategy, ensuring seamless integration into the overall Douglas corporate strategy—from initial definition to successful execution.
- Cross-Country Alignment: Coordinate with international branches to assess existing concepts, refine strategies, and establish a unified approach.
- Standardization and Consistency: Drive the harmonization and standardization of beauty service strategies across all markets to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Executive Communication: Regularly report progress, present key milestones, and obtain approvals from senior management to secure alignment and drive momentum.
- Beauty Service Representation: Serve as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for Douglas Beauty Services
