Team Leadership & Development
• Lead and inspire 3 Team Leads and their cross-functional teams to deliver excellent retail media campaigns and initiatives.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture through coaching and upskilling team members in retail media best practices.
• Implement a strong talent development strategy to support individual growth and succession planning.
Business Strategy & Reporting
• Develop and execute a comprehensive retail media growth strategy focused on revenue expansion, client retention, and operational excellence.
• Create dynamic management reports and presentations that enable informed decision-making based on KPIs.
Sales & Business Development
• Develop revenue growth strategies across 9 EU markets through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisitions.
• Promote innovative retail media solutions, including data collaborations and digital ad innovations, to drive business growth.
Client Strategy & Media Strategy
• Oversee Client Services to ensure excellent customer service and long-term partnerships.
• Further develop data-driven retail media strategies to maximize client ROI and incorporate industry trends.
Campaign Management
• Oversee the end-to-end campaign management process in collaboration with the Team Lead Digital Activation, using data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency.
Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to scale the back-office architecture through automation and self-service capabilities.
• Represent Douglas Marketing Solutions at industry events, fostering business development opportunities.
YOUR SKILLS
• At least 8 years of experience in revenue-generating organizations, ideally in sales or (online) marketing.
• Expert understanding of the retail data marketing ecosystem, including DMPs, CDPs, DSPs, and programmatic buying processes.
• Hands-on experience in retail media or digital advertising, preferably on the publisher side.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
