TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • You are part of a great, Europe-wide HR transformation project and accompany the digitalization from the first step
  • As a member of Group IT, you will support our global and local HR teams in the introduction of SuccessFactors, the design of the global template and the rollout to all Group companies
  • You are the linchpin within IT for the integration of SAP SF into the system landscape
  • You will be actively involved throughout the entire project duration and beyond - from the initial workshops to the implementation phase and operation after project completion
  • You will play a key role in designing the target operating model and take responsibility for the smooth running of processes and change and incident management
  • You manage our external IT partners during projects and operations
  • As part of the international IT team, you are the contact to the HR teams and evaluate, conceptualize and implement subject-specific requests

YOUR SKILLS

  • Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on economics, business informatics or a comparable education
  • Several years of experience in project management
  • Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central and other modules 
  • Very good understanding of the entire corporate value chain and business interrelationships
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Strong process-oriented thinking as well as implementation strength, personal responsibility and hands-on mentality
