  • You are the central contact person for marketing analysis and handle corresponding inquiries
  • You conduct internal training on marketing analysis and the use of relevant tools
  • You assist in the utilization and interpretation of various attribution models (e.g., first-click, last-click, multi-touch)
  • You translate the results of attribution, MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), and experiments into management-friendly presentations and dashboards
  • You support the implementation of the interplay between attribution, MMM & experiments with tool providers and teams
  • You are responsible for the maintenance and expansion of attribution and MMM tools.You gather requirements for Tableau dashboards for the utilization of attribution and MMM results, prioritize them, and align them with BI & dashboarding experts
  • You are responsible for the design and execution of experiments
  • You are accountable for interpreting the results of experiments and deriving recommendations for action
  • You ensure that experiments follow a hypothesis-driven and KPI-supported approach in close coordination with the business teams
  • You communicate insights to teams and management
  • You take on enablement and onboarding regarding attribution, MMM & experiments and manage the change related to these topics
  • You accompany the implementation of the relevant tech stack, take over requirements engineering, inform and support all relevant stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation


  • Successfully completed studies with an analytical focus, in economics, business administration, statistics, or similar
  • Demonstrated experience with attribution and media mix models
  • Understanding of causality & incremental effects, as well as the implementation of quasi-experiments (when classical experiments are not possible)
  • Strategic and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business outcomes through data activation strategies
  • Competence in using data and analytics tools for audience information and campaign optimization (e.g., Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, Exactag, Adtriba, etc.)
  • Proficiency in data protection regulations, including GDPR, with a proven track record of compliance and data security protection
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing and technology tracking methods, as well as consent management
  • Strong skills in planning, project coordination, and prioritization of tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with various departments and influence stakeholders
  • Good English skills, German is a plus
