TASKS WITH IMPACT

Conceptualization and Planning of Events:

  • Develop creative concepts for unique events that effectively communicate our brand message
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as PR, Marketing, and Own Brands to ensure the integration of the brand message
  • Select appropriate locations and resources for the events, coordinating with external stakeholders such as event agencies, media partners, and influencers

 

Execution of Events:

  • Consider timelines and budgets during implementation to realize high-quality events within financial constraints
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of the events, from guest list management to technical support and event personnel
  • Ensure smooth execution on-site to create unforgettable experiences for our guests

 

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Evaluate the success of events based on analyses of social media data
  • Create detailed reports, including ROI, reach, and engagement, to assess the success of events and improve future strategies

YOUR SKILLS

  • Completed education in marketing, communication, or event management
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event management, preferably in the beauty and lifestyle industry
  • Passion for the beauty and lifestyle industry and a pronounced creative mindset for developing innovative event concepts
  • Demonstrated experience in project management to realize high-quality events within financial and time constraints
